Refund Policy

SALE POLICY:

Merchandise that is ON SALE, PROMO, and/or DISCOUNT, merchandise that has been altered, washed, and/or worn; and merchandise belonging to any of the following categories: UNDERWEAR, SWIMWEAR, and ACCESSORIES, are all FINAL SALE, NO EXCHANGES or RETURNS.

General Merchandise Returns:

As long as the item or items are in original condition (unworn & unwashed), simply send them back to us by post within 21 days of receipt of delivery to:

Non-Authorized Returns:

Items that are shipped back to us without proper authorization, will not be exchanged or refunded. Return freight is the customer's responsibility, unless the return/exchange is the result of defective merchandise or merchandise originally shipped in error.

Due to health reasons we can only accept garments that are in original condition and that have not been worn or washed. If a worn item is sent back to us, we will typically contact you to better understand the reason for the return. Please note, where an item is returned to us without first notifying us that the item has been worn, we do reserve the right to send the item(s) directly back to you.

Do we use "cookies"?

Yes. To modify your e-mail subscriptions, please let us know by modifying your preferences in the "My Account" section. Please note that due to email production schedules you may receive any emails already in production.

To delete all of your online account information from our database, sign into the "My Account" section of our site and remove your shipping addresses, billing addresses & payment information. Please note that we may maintain information about an individual sales transaction in order to service that transaction and for record keeping.

International

International orders can incur taxes and duties as determined by the customs agency within the destination country. Although this does not always occur, assessment of duties and taxes will be based on the value of the order and the Tax-free threshold (if it exists) for goods imported into the destination country. Payment of any duties and taxes is the responsibility of the recipient. Occasionally this may be listed as an additional postage fee. While we apologies for any inconvenience, COUTUREBOY has no control over such fees. (More information can be obtained by contacting your local customs office.) 

Delivery Time

International Express Mail - 3-5 business days (guaranteed only to select destinations)
International Priority Mail - usually 6-10 business days estimated
International First Class Mail - varies depending on destination. Delivery times are usually 5-14 business days for shipments to Canada, Australia, most European countries (except sometimes Italy), and Japan. This is an estimate and delivery times are dependent on many factors such as distance, the receiving country's postal system, processing at customs and holidays. Although most International First Class Mail packages are delivered within two weeks, it may take up to 30 days for delivery in some situations.  For International First Class Mail, a Customs Number is assigned, however Online Tracking and Delivery Conformation Services are not available as they are not provided by the US Postal Service. Limited information regarding the shipment is available via the US Postal Service website. Additional information may or may not be available via the website of the receiving country's postal system or carrier. Coutureboy.com is unable to assume responsibility for packages lost in shipment when order tracking and delivery conformation is not available from the US Postal Service.
