All our products are made in Naples, Italy. We work with a small workshop specialized in luxury leather goods for over 40 years.
We use leather but also suede. All our skins come from Italian tanneries. Our leathers are mainly treated through a vegetable tanning process for a better respect of the environment as well as optimum quality.
Leather is a living and natural material. A well-treated leather can become even more beautiful and unique over time.
To extend your product's life, we advise you to waterproof it with a product adapted to your bag's leather. Prolonged exposure to a strong light source (sun or artificial light) may alter the color of the leather over time. That's we advise you to put your product in its dustbag when you are not using it.
For better results, we also recommend that you stuff your bag with paper so that it keeps its original shape. Close zips and avoid damp areas.

Yes, delivery is free in US for purchases over $50. Otherwise, handling and delivery is $5.95.
Yes, we accept orders from all over the world. The delivery costs vary depending on the destination.
International orders can incur taxes and duties as determined by the customs agency within the destination country. Although this does not always occur, assessment of duties and taxes will be based on the value of the order and the Tax-free threshold (if it exists) for goods imported into the destination country. Payment of any duties and taxes is the responsibility of the recipient. Occasionally this may be listed as an additional postage fee. Although most International First Class Mail packages are delivered within two weeks, it may take up to 30 days for delivery in some situations. For International First Class Mail, a Customs Number is assigned, however Online Tracking and Delivery Conformation Services are not available as they are not provided by the US Postal Service. Limited information regarding the shipment is available via the US Postal Service website. Additional information may or may not be available via the website of the receiving country's postal system or carrier. Once your product has shipped, it usually takes 2 to 3 business days in the USA, 3 to 10 in Europe. 5 to 25 for the rest of the world. If you have not received your products, feel free to contact us using our contact page.

Items that are shipped back to us without proper authorization, will not be exchanged or refunded. Return freight is the customer's responsibility, unless the return/exchange is the result of defective merchandise or merchandise originally shipped in error.
Due to health reasons we can only accept garments that are in original condition and that have not been worn or washed. If a worn item is sent back to us, we will typically contact you to better understand the reason for the return. Please note, where an item is returned to us without first notifying us that the item has been worn, we do reserve the right to send the item(s) directly back to you.
