Returns and Exchanges

Thank you for your COUTUREBOY purchase and If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return any unused, unworn item for a refund, online gift code or exchange. COUTUREBOY accepts returns/exchanges made within 30 days from the date of shipment.

 Exchanges are offered on sale and full-priced items. You may exchange items for another size, color, or style of equal or lesser value. Upon receipt we will send you, free of charge, the items(s) as notated on the return form. If the exchange is lesser value a refund will be processed on the original payment method. Please include the style number and size of the product you would like in exchange for the item originally purchased.

Refunds are issued for full-priced merchandise returned in original, unworn, unused, unwashed condition. Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment, minus the shipping fee. We reserve the right to refuse returns/exchanges of any merchandise that do not meet the above requirements.

NOTE: Promotional discounts are valid on exchange items for 14 days from the time the customer receives the merchandise. If an item is returned for exchange past the 14-day mark, the new item will be calculated at its full price. All applicable promotions, discounts, offers (as part of a qualifying purchase), and coupons granted at the time of purchase will be prorated and applied to the amount of refund or credit.

Defective or Wrong Item Received, please contact use within 7-days of delivery. We will provide a complimentary replacement and return of the original item received at no additional cost.

Customers are responsible for shipping costs to return merchandise, even if for exchange. We recommend using a carrier that provides a tracking number. COUTURE BOY INC is not responsible for packages lost or damaged during return shipment.

International Customers are responsible for all additional shipping costs, to and from our facility, for exchanges, as well as any taxes and/or duties related to the return/exchange.
