Returns and Exchanges

Thank you for your COUTUREBOY purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return any unused, unworn item for a refund, online gift code, or exchange. COUTUREBOY accepts returns and exchanges within 30 days of shipment.

To process your return, please complete the Return Form located here and include the items.

Exchanges are offered on sale and full-priced items. You may exchange items for another size, color, or style of equal or lesser value. Upon receipt, we will send you, free of charge, the item (s) as noted on the return form. If the exchange is of lesser value, a refund will be processed on the original payment method. Please include the product's style number and the size you would like in exchange for the item originally purchased.

Refunds are issued for full-priced merchandise returned in original, unworn, unused, unwashed condition. Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment, minus the shipping fee. We reserve the right to refuse returns/exchanges of any merchandise that does not meet the above requirements.

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will provide a complimentary replacement and return of the original item received at no additional cost.

Customers are responsible for shipping costs when returning merchandise, even if the return is for exchange. We recommend using a carrier that provides a tracking number. COUTURE BOY INC. is not responsible for packages lost or damaged during return shipment.

International Customers are responsible for all additional shipping costs, to and from our facility, for exchanges, as well as any taxes and/or duties related to the return/exchange.
