1. Am I registered as a memeber?

When you order on the website, we DO NOT automatically register you as a member. Not all registered members are shoppers and not all shoppers are registered members. To become a registered member, create your account at checkout or just create an account.

2. How can I see the status of my order?

For any information regarding the status of your order, log into you account and check the status of your order. 

3. Where can I buy COUTUREBOY?

The only place where you are able to buy the collection is coutureboy.com. We offer an easy and flexible shopping experience.

4. Can I change my order before it's shipped?

Sure! But only if it has not already been shipped.

Firstly, check the status of your order at 'Track Your Order' and if it has not been shipped, email us at support@coutureboy.com. Make sure you mention your order number so we identify the correct order! 

5. When is my order processed and sent?

We process and ship all orders the following business day, not including US National Holidays. 

6. Why can I not select the size I want?

If you select your size and “SOLD OUT” appears, the item is out of stock. We replenish stock periodically so check back at a later date or email us for more details at shop@coutureboy.com.

7. I just placed an order, but I did not receive an email confirmation? 

Firstly, ensure that you indeed finished the checkout process and completed the order. The last page displays the order number; it is your receipt.

If you have completed your order, we suggest you take a look in the spam folder of your email account. Please add COUTUREBOY to your safe sender list in order to receive emails from us.

If you are unable to locate the confirmation email, your email may have been mistyped or undeliverable. 

Contact COUTUREBOY Customer Service team at shop@coutureboy.com and we will confirm whether the order was successfully submitted and/or a payment made.

8. Will I have to pay any taxes and duties for my order?

Sales tax is added on orders shipped to New York. The tax rate is based on the county where you live and varies from 0% to 8.875%. In some New York counties, there is no sales tax for individual clothing items under $110. If you are required by your location to pay tax, it will be calculated automatically in the last step of the checkout process.

International orders can incur taxes and duties as determined by the Customs agency within the destination country. 

Although this does not always happen, assessment of duties and taxes will be based upon the value of the order and the Tax-free threshold (if applicable) for goods imported into the destination country. Payment of such taxes/duties is the responsibility of the recipient. This will occasionally be listed as an 'Additional Postage Fee'.

9. Can you mark my parcel as a gift?

Unfortunately, due to International Customs regulations, all parcels must be marked as "Merchandise" with the appropriate value. Otherwise, the parcel may be denied and returned to sender.

10. I have a discount code. How do I use it? 

Simply apply your code in the appropriate field during the payment step of the Checkout.

11. How do I change my email address?

Just log into your user account and change your email address. If you do not remember, email us at support@coutureboy.com with you first and last name.
